“Integrated Cyber Solutions’ IPO Journey Begins: Join Us on the Canadian Securities Exchange!”

Integrated Cyber Solutions (ICS) is on a path to success after it became the first Canadian-based cyber security company to complete an initial public offering (IPO) listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

ICS, which consists of four information security companies, began trading on the Exchange on January 12, 2021. The nation’s leading cyber security companies, Blackhawk Technology Solutions, Cybrexa, OrionGRC, and Praesidium Security, will now be publicly traded and united under the ICS brand name.

The combined entity is dedicated to providing enterprise-grade cyber risk management solutions to organizations of all shapes and sizes. ICS’ comprehensive approach to information security includes asset management, identity and access management, incident response, data monitoring, and compliance.

This is an exciting time for Canadian-based cyber security companies, as ICS is now the second Canadian cyber security company to take this major step forward. Only recently, Ottawa-based eSentire completed a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

ICS’s CEO, Angus Mortimer, said that the new listing is “a major milestone for the business,” and provides “a solid platform for the company to accelerate its growth and develop new markets.” With the newly acquired funding, the company can now undertake new research projects and make investments into new technologies and services.

As the demand for cyber security solutions continues to rise, Integrated Cyber Solutions is well-positioned to capitalize on this growth. Its comprehensive suite of offerings will likely attract the attention of potential customers, and the investment capital from the listing should allow for rapid growth.

It’s no surprise that ICS has become the second Canadian cyber security company to IPO on the CSE, as hostility aimed at organizations that don’t have the necessary technology to protect their data continues to grow. With ICS’s array of services, companies of any size can now have access to the same level of world-class cyber defense that larger firms had access to in the past.
